Andreia Bessa

Andreia Bessa is an experienced trainer that works with groups for more than 20 years. Her expertise is related to the integration of creative and artistic tools in an inclusive format accessible for all. Andreia has been working with very diverse methodologies and groups around the globe. Non-formal education, experiential learning, and gamification are the main methods used. She is very passionate about her work and has strong ethics and values. Her passion is related to human rights and social justice. Thus, her work focus on topics like diversity, inclusion, anti-discrimination, intersectionality, empathy, active citizenship, and humanizing humanity.

Ana Duque

I’m active for more than fifteen years in the field of education and training. The methodologies I use the most are: non-formal education, theater of the oppressed, social theater, conflict management and non-violent communication outdoor education. I design, facilitate and evaluate regularly since 2008 national and international training activities addressed to educators, social workers, NGOs and public institutions representatives . The specific topics I usually train are: International Youth work, project and organisational management, recognition of non formal learning, Social Theater, Cultural diversity and intercultural dialogue, conflict prevention and risk management.
