Course Overview

This intensive training course will guide you through the complete cycle of EU project design and implementation. You will learn how to:

• Identify key EU funding opportunities relevant to your field
• Design and write high-quality proposals
• Navigate submission platforms like SEDIA
• Manage and report on approved projects with confidence

You’ll also have the chance to network with European professionals, share project ideas, and discover collaborative methodologies.

Who Can Attend?

All teachers and staff from schools or institutions with an Erasmus+ mobility grant (typically KA1 VET, SCH, or similar funding schemes) are welcome to participate. Ideal for educators, project managers, and institutional staff working in EU-funded programs.

Course Modules

1. EU Funding Landscape
   Learn about EU social policies, funding programs, and calls for proposals.
2. Proposal Preparation
   From initial idea to full proposal: consortium building, budgeting, and pre-evaluation.
3. Project Submission
   Explore tools and procedures for successful application via SEDIA and EU Login.
4. Project Management
   Discover strategies for technical coordination, financial control, and dissemination.
